| As you know from our announcement in January, Beyond Insurance Brokers has joined the Sentinel Risk Insurance Group team. As we continue to grow, we have found it necessary to continue to make organizational changes. These changes are for the benefit of you, our customers, so that we can continue to provide you with the exceptional service you have come to know us for. It is our belief that these changes will bring about positive changes for everyone. With the restructuring, we will be introducing the Sentinel Service Team for your personal lines insurance needs on June 14. Penny will be joining this team of 9 experienced brokers to handle all your questions and policy changes. This means getting a broker on the phone to assist you at your convenience. There is also a general service team email, if email is your preferred method of contact. You can reach the team on the phone by pressing “1” and follow the prompts to get a broker to help you from the main menu after June 14th. Kim Gregoire and Tatum Potter have both joined the commercial team along with Aja Chamberlain, a long time Sentinel employee. Shelley Harrop has stepped into the role of Commercial Lines Manager and will be working alongside Aja, Kim and Tatum to ensure your commercial needs are taken care of. In her semi-retirement Judy has moved into a consultancy role with the overall brokerage and is still working to enhance the client experience with the amalgamated firm.
